Requirements:
*BS Mechanical Engineering
*5+ Years of Fixed Equipment Engineering (10+ preferred)
*Knowledge of API codes (510, 570, or 653)
*Refining, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, or other PSM regulated facility preferred.


Responsibilities for this position include:
-Support and implement fixed equipment mechanical integrity initiatives.
-Monitor and drive improvements and corrective actions.
-Assess bad actors and long-term reliability of equipment
-Maintain and improve the MI reliability of assets at the site
-Lead RCFA and develop and assign appropriate corrective actions
-Serve as an Engineering resource for the Inspection group
-Develop and lead fixed equipment focus groups and assist in the establishment of monitoring KPIs
-Lead the development of communication and implementation of a 3-year reliability strategy for assigned areas or specialty
-Work with capital project personnel during the early phases of projects and assist in providing input in an effort to have a successful project
