Are you looking for an opportunity to manage the EHS programs at the plant level, while leading the site to world-class compliance performance?  This is a role that will align your career with an organization dedicated to advancing the operations to the next level!  The immediate need is for an EHS professional with experience in plant floor safety programs like lockout/tag out, confined space entry, machine guarding, as well as, multi-media environmental programs; air, water and waste.  This is a significant and well-supported initiative offering EHS professionals a unique opportunity to make an impact on the organization and contribute to their movement forward!

  • Bachelors in EHS or related field
  • At least 5 years managing the EHS programs in a manufacturing plant
  • Leadership capabilities, demonstrated ability to influence for results
  • Ability to support the site's EHS strategy, goals and objectives
  • Occupational safety program experience that includes, lockout/tag out, behavior-based safety or similar implementation
  • Success as a change agent
Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing, managing and executing tasks related to EHS programs and compliance
  • Working collaboratively with site and corporate resource in support of EHS; planning, training, permitting, etc.
  • Engaging all employees in compliance, building rapport on the plants floor, supporting supervisors and plant leadership on the path to improving compliance performance.
  • Lead sustainability program
  • Audit processes and systems for compliance
