Qualifications
3-10 years in Automotive or Tire industry
 Bachelor's Degree-Mandatory 
3+ years purchasing automotive aftermarket/batteries, shocks, brake parts
Vendor Relationship/Management

Proven track record of cost savings
Detail oriented, polite, professional with an interest and experience working within a team environment
Experience negotiating and managing contracts (preferably within in manufacturing process), analyzing & modeling data



It's important that the person we hire have some room to grow in their career. We invest a lot in our people and it will take some time to ramp up within this role so we want to know the investment will provide a return for several years.
We build 10-15 new stores each year and have plans to increase the yearly amount which means as we grow there will be other opportunities that don't exist today.
We have a history of retaining its employees. This position is open because long tenured employees have decided to retire. The expectations are high but the method of accountability is based around honesty, respect and trust.  We are a genuine organization that truly cares about its employees.
We work 8-5 M-F and there is rarely exceptions. We value our time off and make sure we focus on work for the time we are here and when we leave we are off, enjoying our families or the outdoors.
